After his doctorate in Mathematics and a few years of teaching, Oli became a software developer. Over the years, he has seen various projects and teams - and loves finding creative ways to help them improve their code and processes. He has been using test-driven-development since around 2020, and enjoys the disciplined process of taking small steps to get to the right design.
